- The cost is $0.10 per pixel. The minimum purchase is $10.00 (100 pixels), and the maximum purchase is whatever is available.
- Your pixels will be displayed for a period of two years, and you will receive a first option to renew your pixels on an annual basis.
- When you “buy” pixels you will not “own” any part of getfilmcrew.com, but rather you are granted the license to display an image and link in the respective space you have paid for.
- Buying pixels in no way constitutes representation by Getfilmcrew.com, or any of its employees. Getfilmcrew.com is intended simply to be a unique place to advertise your film crew related-services.
- You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the image and link you want to display on getfilmcrew.com. The images and links will be removed after two years unless you decided to renew your license. The only exception is if you have a strong reason why you need a change to your image/link (eg. Your site no longer exists, major structural change to your site, lawsuits, etc.)
- If your image and link are accepted and published on getfilmcrew.com, you cannot get a refund.
- No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted. Getfilmcrew.com, retains the right to deny any image or link. If an image or link is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your pixels.
- Getfilmcrew.com retains the right to remove any image and/or link if the content of the linked site changes and deemed obscene and/or offensive. If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
- If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become available to the public.
- Images must be submitted in the exact size you have purchased (eg. 100 pixels = 10X10 pixels or 500 pixels = 50X10 pixels).
- Images must be in GIF or JPEG format.
- Images must NOT be animated.
- Links must be to web pages only and must begin with http://
- You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.
- Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels go live on the homepage.
- Occasional site maintenance may lead to periodic downtime.
- Once your purchase has cleared, please allow 24-48 hours for your images and links to go live.
